DELIVERY and RETURNS

At Timney Fowler we want you to be happy with every purchase you make with us. We understand, however, that sometimes you may want to return items. Returned items must be sent back to us in an unused perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please view our Terms & Conditions page for further information.

If you need to make a return you will need to notify us of your intention to do so within 14 days of receiving the item, and then you will need to return your purchase within a further 14 days to receive a full refund, excluding delivery costs. For cushions, they must be in their original packaging. For standard wallpaper, it must be an unopened roll. For fabric or wide width wallpaper, these can only be returned if there is a printing fault, as we will have already cut your length for you. Please note that as many of our fabrics are printed by hand there will be slight differences between print runs.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Any item that has been damaged during transport must be notified to us within 48 hours by email or phone call. If you can photograph the damaged item that will help to speed up resolution.


FAULTY ITEMS

If you are returning a faulty item we will deal with this on a case by case basis. We will aim to replace the item but if we are unable to do this, as we no longer hold stock of the item, we will either give you a refund or offer a suitable replacement.
