MATCHING A PREVIOUSLY ORDERED WALLPAPER OR FABRIC

There may be minor colour differences between different printings of wallpaper or fabric. If wallpaper, there will be a number on the slip inside the roll and if you let us know this number, we will advise you if we have more of the same. For fabric we can see if we have more metres from the same print run. As many of our fabrics are printed by hand there may be slight imperfections that shouldn’t be considered a fault, but as being part of the character of the design.

CARE

Fabrics: we always recommend dry cleaning our fabrics.

We advise against positioning fabric in direct sunlight as this can create fading over time. To limit fading draw curtains back from direct sunlight and position them so that the design side where the curtains meet is not facing the sun.

Voiles/Sheers: cold machine wash. Do not tumble dry.

Velvet Cusions: velvet, with its inherent pile is prone to marks when pressure is applied. It recovers well if lightly brushed with a soft brush. Small stains should be wiped clean with a damp cloth and left to dry. Avoid water marks by making sure excess water is removed from the cloth. After drying gently rub the pile to regain the velvet’s appearance. We do not recommend using upholstery cleaning products.

Try to avoid placing cushions in direct sunlight.

Cotton and velvet fabrics are dry clean only.
